What you are putting together goes together so there shouldn't be anything weird about it. It's just a little time consuming to load all the stuff.

I don't worked with Plesk in production, but I do some test setups of it and I think I can help with your problem. Which version of CentOS do you have? Do it have a graphics interface? Sounds like you need some configuration of bind and nginx. Using CentOS should be pretty straightforward. We just need to get the packages with version you want and then configure based on your needs. If I had a little more information I could probably provide your configurations with in an hour.
