Create an MQTT Broker On Our Server Integrated With Postgre sql

It combines unique hardware developed by us that is both an IP Phone and an MQTT Client. Our central database on which the Asterisk PBX operates is in Postgre sql. We want to create an MQTT Broker on our server setup that automatically creates Clients based on the same login credentials as the Asterisk PBX, i.e the MQTT Broker will read the Postgre sql databse and automatically add clients and connections whenever a new Client/customer is added to the IP PBX. You will need specific experience in MQTT Brokers and database integration. Note - our prefference is to host the MQTT Broker not use another service.
