Write a hybrid mobile app (Iphone, Android, ..) for item scanning

I need someone that can develop a professional looking app that will work on the most common platforms (Ios & Android required, Windows etc if no extra cost) Main idea would be to write a hybrid app (Cordova, Ionic) but the developer can suggest another approach. The backend is already handled and the interface would be given for easier testing. The idea of the app is to scan a barcode (you will be provided with an SDK that does this for you), to connect to the backend and to display retrieved information on a screen (1 picture, some small text and a list). From this screen a button will exist to place the item on a list. The image and details of the item need to be cached for the next time. A button will be added where the user can share the item details through social media (eg sharekit) Another screen needs to be made where the user can make and send a photo of the item and enter updated details in order to send this to the backend. Further, the user will need to sign up using authentication providers (Google, Microsoft, Facebook) when opening the app. The user also needs to be able to share this list with a certain contact (through these authentication providers) Graphics like splash screen and logo will be provided. Icons to be made yourself. Mockups and further details will be shared after agreement on the price. Any information missing to make a correct price: please ask.
