Dear Sir, Thank you for your project posting in freelancer. I am interested to do the job. I have 5+ years of experince in Android app development. Last 5 years I have developed more than 50 Android apps. Most of them are in google play. I have also great knowledge of handling location based app and also AlarmManager class. In fact AlarmManager class is not needed here. I have already written a class of getting longitude and latitude of a phone. So I shall run a service in background at every 30 seconds and get the user location and compare that location with the previous inputted location. If it is within the radius then there will be a put a Notification and play sound to notify the user that he is within the defined radius of the place. So it is an easy job for me. I think it will not take greater than 2-3 working days. I am also a full time freelancer here. So I can give you dedicated 30-40 hours and do your job within one week.
