Mobile development

I need to finish iPhone/iPad app. I already have a design for it and some functions. I just need it to be build some other things inside. I am Electronic Technician and software programmer, but I stuck on this project for iPhone/iPad which I writing in Swift and with Firebase.I will explain how project need to work and on the end, what freelance programmer need to [login to view URL] have one house and inside this house he have [login to view URL] he push button, need to play sound on helper iphone/ipad that owner is calling him to show on helper iphone in which room owner is. Another owner have another house and another helpers. Owner from first house can not call helpers on the second house. Also, owner from second house can not call helpers from first house. This need to be devided. So this two or more houses need to be devided by some kind of serial number of the house on sign up and devided inside firebase ( each house are separate).Helpers only have one screen where they have list with rows of history of calls and ACCEPT button. Freelancer which I will select for the job, I will give Test project source code with base functionality with all PODs installed and [login to view URL] no need to do. This I will do. Only need to make this:1. On sign up, Owner is signing up or login with serial of the house, name, email and  password to the firebase, and transfered to the second screen.2. On second screen, Owner select room where he is now over UIPickerView and push button to call3. On helper iphone/iPad is ringing and showing in the row where owner is now (from PickerView selection what owner select) and helper clicking Accept button and ringging stops. (Optional: on Owner iphone is writen which helper accept his call).This is what I need. I will give source code, no need to build all from the [login to view URL] in [login to view URL]
