This is the third time I am posting this project. Both previous times, after using up the major part of the budget in undeserved milestone releases the freelancers disappeared. So this time no milestone will be created until I see a working apk for testing. Then I will create the milestone. It will be released after you help install the app on my Google control panel. Tired of losing money on freelancer.com and ending up with unusable 99% done but unusable and unsellable apps. Do not bid if these terms are not acceptable. Do not bid if you don't understand enough English to understand these conditions. No bids from India. Read attached document. You will have to design this app and create it from zero.

Hello As you can see I have little experience on this site, I certainly did not want this if I could not do your job (given the excellent feedback I have and I want to continue this process) Because of my goal of getting the best feedback, so I accept the little works that I can do well. If we continue to work, I will reduce the cost of this project as a gift from future work. (if the next project was bigger than this) Good luck
