design news mobile application

build hybrid or native app for news (front and back end). the application should have the following features: -main menues: 1. latest news (show all news) 2. news category (divided into two category (favorite/all)) 3. favorite category (show all category from favorite category/resources ) 4. favorite news (show the news which have been favorited by the user) 5. more (resources (search/add to favorite ), settings (edit the favorite resources/ category , edit notifications setting) ) -other requirements: 1. the one news may be related to more than one category 2. the app should have notification feature in case of there is a new news on favorite resources/category (based on user choice) 3. the application should count number of browsing the news (counter per news) 4. the news may contain end date then it will not appears 5. when the user search for a resource, he must be able to see last published news. 6. the news page must show news pictures (one or more) 7. each category must have picture 8. each resource must have picture (on the server in case of adding new resource ) in addition, very basic website have log-in to for the resources to add new news
