Create Cordova Plugin from existing .aar file

I need a cordova plugin to be created so that I can use the zebra RFID RFD8500 handheld into my cordova project. Zebra publishes the .aar SDK and the documentation, as per attached files, but I need them to be ported to a cordova plugin. I don't need all functionality on the sdk to be implemented, but only to CONNECT to the remote bluetooth device, and to WRITE a message through the serial.
