Write an Android mobile game application for Google Play

Create from scratch (in terms of actor, scene, and objects design) a single-level 2-D or 3-D virtual dice-based Adventure board game for Android devices (sort of like Monopoly in a very loose descriptive sense), with or without multiplayer capability (ability to compete against other online players, like Words with Friends) up to 4 players, each of whom navigates an obstacle course and races to be the first to reach the finish line, collecting coins along the way (Hill Climb Racing or Jetpack Joyride style). In other words, single player can compete against the computer/software, but I would like option where other human players can be invited to compete against each other. The game (app) would have built-in ability to purchase coins or points to unlock levels, buy resources, to speed up level completion, and/or in-game advertising capability.
