I charge per platform/site, $30 for small PHP sites, $50 Wordpress sites, with a $5/site discount if >10 sites/platforms to clean. As far as the server work, I'd need some more info one what you'd like done in order to quote a price. If we're just looking at malware removal on accounts, and not a rooted server, than only the above applies. If the server has been rooted, then you need to backup and format. Tools and methods are trade secret. My work is guaranteed against re-infection.

I have years of experience with wordpress sites and configuring servers - I noticed you tagged Microsoft SQL Server - is this wordpress site running on a Windows/IIS platform or something else? If it was on a Linux platform I would login to the shell and see what untoward processes were running and look at the logs - then I would look at the PHP files of the wordpress installation and see if anything had been hijacked into the code or into the Javascript files. I can clean the installation from scratch for you and make sure everything is fully upto date and re-submitted to Google so they don't mark your site as containing malware!
