Click to edit position description• Gain an in- depth knowledge of a client’s website architecture, business model, and online + offline marketing strategy and offline data sources • Gather, document and help form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical requirements • Design customized solutions and technical implementation strategies using Adobe Data Workbench (aka Adobe Analytics Premium) • Generate customized web analytic collection code and assist with its implementation and deployment and/or drive the architecture of multi-channel data model to help customer make data drive decisions on both online and offline marketing strategies. • Support client’s developers and third parties throughout the implementation process. • Validate and debug implementation and follow through on issues until resolved • Advice key stakeholders and drive client success based on clients most important business drivers • Work to educate clients on the best practices in relation to their specific industry and key business requirements • Develop and build customized solutions to meet clients’ reporting needs with Adobe Data Workbench platform • Perform business analysis, setup analytic reporting, provide ad hoc training, diagnose and solve technical issues • Liaise with Business Analysts and Product Manager to discuss the new features and enhancements for upcoming product releases. • Testing and debugging errors in the log source files and also automation of the tasks through Perl and Python Scripts within the established testing protocols. • Design and develop system requirements and make appropriate technical recommendations. • Identifying limitations in existing tools and processes and develop new and efficient tools and processes to maintain end to end efficient reporting. • Configuring, testing and maintaining files in accordance with user’s (Customer’s) requirements. • System monitoring, troubleshooting and performing root-cause-analysis for critical recurring incidents. • Worked on Oracle Warehouse Builder ETL mappings and researching and evaluating systems program needs with regards to ETL. • Gathering the reporting and dashboard requirements from the customer and delivered the solution using SAP Business Objects. • Preparing and maintaining system’s technical specifications, analyzing existing software programs and applications to provide enhancements under strict deadlines. • Reconciliation between heavy data sources, providing reports for investigation and prediction purpose. Testing, debugging and correcting errors and faults in data warehouse. • Providing guidance and expertise in configuring monitoring to reduce redundant incident occurrences. • Handling and allocating work to team members and keeping track of their day-to-day performance.
