Looking for a Publicist for a Charity Event / Play

A theatrical production called "A Deadly Game of Chess" is coming to Fairfield Theatre Company June 30th (yes, there's only one show), and I'm looking for a publicist to help me out. A poster and press release have already been completed, and a trailer is on its way as well. Of course, all of this can be edited based on your advice if need be. I need someone with connections to local newspapers and magazines. At best, I'd like connections to local radio such as Star 99.9 and local news such as News 12 Connecticut. I'd also like someone with experience using online platforms such as FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. I need to stress that I'd like LOCAL connections; it's an independent project supporting a local charity, so it's unlikely that people in, say, New York City will drive all the way down to see the show. However, the show will be livestreamed, so connections to more general platforms can be helpful too. If you make a bid I'll discuss with you what your actual plan is and we'll go from there. A lot of local students are involved, so we're banking on that story to be the driving force behind the advertising--look at what a big thing these high school and college students did with little help from adults. Also, of course, focus on the charity, because it's pretty well known and a lot of people will want to support it. Budget-wise, I have a total budget of 5K, but prefer something in the scheme of 3K to 4K. I will eventually ask you to give me an outline of what you plan to do so we can narrow down what the expenses with realistically be. There are about 180 seats in the theatre, and my goal is to fill it up. Please contact me if you need any more information.
