We are 'One Stop Solution' design to build, project management, service apartment, furniture leasing & AMC services with Pan India presence. We are committed to delivering inspired designs that fulfill client expectations through collaboration and exceptional service. Who are we looking for: Your role is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship Clients. This role revolves around good communication and so whatever business you work in your duties are likely to include: • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings • Planning and preparing presentations • Communicating design and services to prospective clients • Writing reports • Providing management with feedback • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Key Performance Indicators: • Self-starter with the ability to establish, prioritize, and organize responsibilities • Having good relationship with builders/architect or in real estate industry. • Proficiency in Japanese Language (optional) • Strong communication, people and negotiation skills • Ability to build rapport • Time management and planning skills Requirements: • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any field • 6-8 yrs of hands on experience in working with Japanese Clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese Language • Customer service orientation and problem solving skills • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
