Manufacture a Product for me

I need a manufacturer for a product. The total number of units depends on the price per unit quotes I get, so I have listed several options. I will provide 3D design and final material, but am open to input. The frame will likely be galvanized steel, but is contingent on what my engineer tells me or your input. The netting will be cloth netting strong enough to withstand impact from a sports ball, which can be pulled taught. And plastic or metal clips can be used to attach the netting to the frame and pull it tight. Can you provide a rough price estimate for: 1. The initial prototype 2.
