Hello there, Usually the hacked Magento websites have few files added, or modified. But there are cases where the malware has addded code to steal clients CC details (if your website asks for CC details). Completely scanning, and patching the website requires from 10-12 hours. With completely I mean: - Downloading your website - Compare your website files with files from standard Magento installation from the version that you are using. - Delete, edit and clean the detected files, or replace them with standard Magento files. - Remove any unwanted extensions. - Check and remove any unknown admin users After the procedure above is done, all Magento security patches will be added.
