Magento 2 customization

Im looking for a freelancer who is able to do these changes on my Clients site: 1. Change the HTML Title of page 2. Make the header's logo bigger 3. Turn off the breadcumbs on the Product pages 4. Delete the drop-down links under the Home button in the navigation 5. Change the Contact form fields on the Contact page: Name, Your e-mail adress, Subject (drop down with these: Product Information Order Status, Account Problem, Payment / Checkout Problem, Defective Product, Suggestion / New Product Idea, Other) and MESSAGE 6. Turn off to show the Including Tax and Excluding Tax lines on the Checkout 8. Configure the PayPal payment for ready to use Sorry about that but the site has andult content.
