364255 Joomla / Virtuemart bug fix

I have setup a site in Joomla / Virtuemart and everything is working perfectly, except that it only displays two featured products on the front page instead of 6 that i have set up in the configuration. This is a bug that i can't figure out how to fix. Also, when i select to see all products listed, when there are 3 products in a row, the short product description overlaps over the small image. I would like to hire a programmer to fix it for me, so i can choose how many Virtuemart Featured Products are displayed on the front page. Also to fix the short product description not to overlap over the images (this is a css issue). Caution: First problem is NOT as simple as it sounds. I am experienced with Joomla and this is NOT a normal behaviour. Programmer must commit to let me know how he fixed the problem, once the project is done.
