My colleague has a full Java EE project in his development PC. I want to make simple web client that communicates with his server side by building one page that uses javascript and this page contains an html form where user fills it and submit it to my colleague's server side then I want to catch the response and populate it in the page. Note that his server side is using https The idea from this project is to have simple javascript code that communicates with Java EE server

Hello. I can complete this project. As far as I understood, your colleague has a API which uses JAVA EE (over HTTPS). You want to send data to a specific endpoint, catch the response from the endpoint and then populate this on the HTML page. We can discuss further details through PM if you want. I have created java servers to calculate driving hours and to send mass texts and know how to communicate with them using javascript. I would use JQuery to connect to your java server and javascript to populate the html page with the server's response. Thank you
