Google Sheet Web App & API

I’m looking for someone who can create an automated interface between my database and an external platform. The purpose of this automated interface is to transfer sales receipts from companies’ POS systems to the external platform and to receive subsequent responses from the platform indicating that receipts have been accepted or rejected. There are technical specifications in Spanish at this link: [login to view URL] (version 4.2). At a high-level, here's what needs to be done: 1. CONNECT TO HACIENDA: Establish a connection with the Hacienda platform using the corresponding cryptographic key for each company. 2. GET RECEIPT DATA: Access and identify the scope of receipt data in my database that is pending to be sent to Hacienda. 3. SEND RECEIPT DATA: Send the receipt data to the Hacienda platform in the required JSON format. 4. RECEIVE RESPONSE: Obtain the response from the Hacienda indicating the status of each receipt (Accepted, Rejected). 5. LOG STATUS: Update my database with the Hacienda response and other status info. DATABASE NOTES: * My database is currently an online Google Sheet. A loading mechanism (a [login to view URL] webhook) currently loads receipt data from companies’ POS systems into my Google Sheet. * Google Sheets has a limitation of 5 million cells per sheet (estimated 3 years of receipt data for 1 company). * I must save receipt data for 5 years for each company per the regulations. * I am considering migrating to an enterprise cloud database solution (MySQL AWS, etc.). Keeping costs low is important, but I realize I need a robust solution with commercial features (backups, scaling, etc).
