SEO for new site in the pet industry

Project Description: We are looking for bids to research and provide to us a list of keywords in the pet industry that can be ranked on the first page of Google within 90 days. Requirements for backlinks must be created on PR3+ sites, one way (non reciprocal) high-quality relevant permanent links, with anchor texts linking to our site. Please only bid if you are able to adhere to our requirements. We are seeking a long-term relationship with a solid provider. Websites MUST be English only and from US or Canada destinations. The link must be placed on page PR3+. If the home page is a PR3 but the page our link is listed on is only a PR1 or PR2, this is unacceptable. We will expect a weekly Excel report to show how the site performance is doing along with any new backlinks created including the information below.   During this time, links will be checked to verify quality and confirm they have stuck.
