Help me with Marketing

I own and manage a small home based travel agency in the Philippines. I am looking for a freelance sales agent who can help me market my group tours. This is on commission basis only (meaning you get paid once the client confirms their booking by paying a down payment). Rate is fix at Php100 per person/ per paid booking. Meaning if there are 50 persons in the group and 2 of them I waived the payment as incentive, then you receive a commission for the 48 paying guests. This is open to all nationalities but I prefer those that resides in Metro Manila, Philippines. For your protection, I will never contact your prospects directly unless they request a face to face meeting. If this is the case, I will require you to join me in the meeting.
