ELITE top 5% Designer + Site Mockup + Illustrations + Branding look/feel

I need a HIGHLY skilled and artistic designer--not a front-end coder! You must be artistic, have a great eye for design, and be creative. My site will have a similar look/feel to the sites below. Project is: - clickable mockup/prototype of a new site that is similar to the sites below (using a tool like Invision or Axure) - mockup includes the full site similar in pages to the sites below (e.g. will have a similar site map), including purchase/checkout process and the required Admin screens and reports - custom illustrations, graphics, icons, backgrounds, tables, infographics and images similar to the sites below - a few flyers and postcards for print (design elements will come from the site design) - site design optimized for mobile, not just simply 'responsive' but optimized for mobile - create the overall "branding" for the site, meaning the look and feel of all pages Just use these sites as a starting point and to take some design ideas from. But the point is...these sites are modern, clean, responsive and extremely well designed. In other words, these sites have a really high quality design, and look great. I'm wondering if YOU can create a clickable mockup/prototype for a site in the same domain (food) that also has a very high quality design. I don't want to see a copy of either one of these sites, but what ideas can you come up with to create a new "brand/branding" (look and feel) for my site? Also, in what ways would you even *improve* on the design/look/feel of these sites? This is just meant to be a 'test' or 'preview' of what you can do for me. Just please do enough of a mockup/prototype that I can get a sense of your design skills, how artistic/creative you are, and what your overall approach might be.
