app with Facebook features

Facebook simmilar copy I would like to create an app similar in look and function to the Facebook app. It should have the following functions - News part, news feed similar to the one in the Facebook app - A profile page - Inbox/message - Forum function - Events/calendar function - Log in function - push function Furthermore the app needs a backend from which I can easily post info to everyone that has downloaded the app. Each of the functions above should be updateable through the backend.
