In the process of setting up a small manufacturing company in Lainate we need an HR Specialist to help set up everything needed to be legally compliant, recruitment support etc.
Experienced HR professional required to support the set up of a new unit in Lainata, Italy. Must be locally based with both Italian and English language skills. Must also have a detailed understanding of the employment landscape in Italy, i.e. contracts, legal requirements. Initially setup support is required with possible ongoing ad hoc support.
