Youtube api with javascript

On the file [login to view URL] I made a menu that access the different part of a youtube video with javascript and the youtube api. So when I click on a button class="btn3" it play the part of the video defined in onclick="seek(s)" and the button get activated/focused. I need the following functionalities added to the current project: 1- when the video reach the time set in "seek(s)" the corresponding button get automatically activated/focused and the scoller scroll by one step so the activated button is always visible in the menu. Only the button class="btn3" should be activated (not the button class="btn4") 2- if the video is on pause or stop and I click on a button it should play at the time defined.
