Informational Display ASP.NET page random weighted redirect

We currently have a webpage built using visual basic and ASP.net that we use as an informational display page. It queries our local sql DB and provides real time feed back of production status. It loads and then refreshes with JavaScript every couple of minutes. We would like to extend the functionality of this page to randomly redirect to other pages that we could use to display additional information. IE Safety announcements, upcoming holidays, etc. After a specified amount of time on the destination page it would redirect back to the main additional page starting the cycle over. Requirements: 1. Infinite or up to 100 destination pages 2. Set weighting of destination pages to weight frequency of display 3. Set time out on destination page before returning/redirecting to main page 4.
