Build a navbar with react

I can pay 50 USD if done in less than a day So I have I'm building a web app, and I need help with the front-end (react). I set up a ci-cd and I have a general structure of the project. I want to hire somone for the entire font end which will be composed of: Before starting with the complete project I want help with the nav bar. Which should be fairly simple.
