build a database-driven website

SEEKING DEVELOPER TO BUILD DATABASE-DRIVEN WEBSITE We need a full realized, custom developed dynamic, database-driven website. The website consists of 6 dynamic webpages and one static page. Site will run on IIS on Windows Server 2012 and MS SQL 2012 database. The website functionality will include a search engine. We'd prefer that this be created using Visual Studio 2012 Pro, ASP.NET, coded in Visual Basic. The site should be elastic and work on all mobile platforms, as well as on a desktop PC. Upon acceptance of an NDA, we will supply an RFP, wire frames, site map, database structure table, and webpage design specified in PDF files.
