I have two type of customer in my store. CUSTOMER and WHOLESALE. Shipping is free for CUSTOMER anytime WHOLESALE have to order 200$ Canadian dollar or more no matter what. If you have to disable the wholesale ability to check out his cart, I'd like to have a text box appearing when the mouse hover the cart and then disappearing when the mouse moves away of the check out cart option.

Hi, So on your Shopify cart theme you want: 1- when the user is hovering her mouse over the cart icon, in the main page, it says the massage as an Alert. 2- In the check out page, if the final price is less than 200 it pops up the same message while the free shipping option is not available (not selectable) and the other option is selected by default.
