Front-end Developer Needed to Swat Bugs...

I'm looking for a small "go to" team that really knows there stuff when it comes to FE Development and is willing to work on a fixed bid basis. They must be able to cover hours during the PST (Pacific Standard Time) and initially need 1-2 people. The projects are all required to be under NDA, and you will be paid in WEEKLY MILESTONES based upon your productivity. I'm looking for someone/a team that can work FAST and ACCURATE -- If you aren't familiar with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Backbone, Javascript, etc... Please don't waste my time. Also, you will need to check-in your work through JIRA and should be very familiar with using tools such as GIT, etc...
