Create an Animation

We are a start-up social enterprise creating digital workplace wellbeing programs for employees. Our branding is fun, simple, and friendly. We have hand-drawn characters (attached and from our site [login to view URL]) we would like animated in the following way: Moving across the top of our website [login to view URL] - in the white area between the site tabs and where the writing starts (we will move this writing down). The characters to be a mixture of walking, skipping, jumping and with some flying little paper darts at each other. So instead of dots falling like this on this site [login to view URL] we want the little characters moving across the page. . Please advise a realistic price for this project? Many thanks, Leanna
