T-Shirt Design Required

Hi, I require a T-Shirt design for a client. Please view the details below: The T-Shirt design is quite simple. You are basically using a pre-existing logo and including some text, phone-number and web address. There will be 2 parts to this design. Design for the back of T-Shirt, Design for front of T-Shirt. Therefore the requirement will be 2 images. CMYK/300dpi Please only apply if you can come up with a pro-design as thousands of people are going to be looking at this T-Shirt. This job is a re-post due to incomplete job that I posted the other week.
