TEAM NEEDED: Designer and Developer We are looking for a HIGHLY experienced AND committed front end web designer + developer to make designs consistent and responsive. Designer must be experienced in creating 3-view PSD for desktop, tab, and mobile. Designer must be UI/UX expert to simplify pages and usability. Developer must be high experienced to implement design in a responsive and friendly manner. Developer must know bootstrap and proficient with html/css/js. Must make site consistent with elements, icons, font, colors, and just simplify all. 1. Site must be simplified and user friendly. 2. Site must be color coordinated. worker in blue | employer green \ Common pages in orange or red 3. site must be compatible to all browsers and devices 4. design and useability detail are important! it is a custom website NOT templated. we have a few html template from themeforest. Must know HTML/CSS/JS / bootstrap to implement psd on the site. MUST INCLUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUST HAVE REFERENCES IN THE USA SEND ME 5-TOP LINKS TO YOUR WORK. Include links to sites with: Job Sites, community sites, classified, educational... DO NOT SHOW US informational websites DO NOT SHOW US WORDPRESS SITES EITHER Please follow instructions and do not apply if you do not have over 1000+ hours on upwork. Thanks, Lea
