Redesign my homepage to better capture new customers

Our SEO freelancer has started bringing us to the front of Google. Our website works very well for our word of mouth business, but now we need a different look to better capture new customers who do not know us. We already have 100% of all of the content. What we are looking for is simple elements to tell our customers what we do in the first few seconds of them clicking into our page. We want to capture new customers organically via a search then have them realize that we are the company for the to chose. We are an IT solutions company specializing in managed services.
