We want to build a real estate platform where clients can list their properties into the website for the the public to access. We want to built a back end office w ecommerce, stats, admin access where clients can upload multiple properties. All this data must create reporting into what's listed, active and sold. Mapping searching options, interactive features, agent site. Sample of sites are: [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This platform is for Peru Market. Site must be written in spanish w local currency and mapping capabilities. Website must be done very professional and able to hold thousands of users. Design quality is very important as the site must look original and trusworthly. Developers must have experience with design, develop and implemenation of real estate platform. Developer must understand the real estate market and the important of interactive features and searching options. Platform must include chat option, display of sold properties, back end analytics, and membership portal.
