Picture frame mounts (matts) to be designed -- 2

Please, can you make sure you have an essential interest and knowledge of Harry Potter and related UK made films and TV shows before submitting bids, otherwise we could end up wasting each other’s time - thanks We need a designer with an interest in mainly U.K. and US made films to design and create images which can be printed. We are a picture framing business with limited graphics skills so could use some fresh ideas. We have used various independent designers in the past for one off or multiple projects and all have brought fresh ideas. Average time required for each design tends to be around 1 hour and average price per design on average has been around $10.00. We can be flexible with the right ideas. Example images can be sent by email or messenger, etc OR if anyone knows how to upload files through freelancer please let me know. Thanks
