New e-commerce site

I need a new website. I need you to design and build my online store. We are an restaurant and hotel equipment commerce company, and we are now interested in starting an electronic commerce company for the same. And therefore we need an e-commerce site that can stand up to our standards and also be capable of being easy to use so that a small team can manage the entire site. We expect the site to be: > Made with Material UI framework while begin very responsive in terms of different display sizes and speed of the site itself for the frontend. > In terms of the backend we are looking for either an Ruby on Rails or Magento site ( ROR is preferred, and price of the work will be different for either of the frameworks.) > And we intend to host the website in AWS, until our own servers are ready, and therefore expect an easy transition with small downtime. > SEO optimised Also Company or person/s who create the site maybe asked every so often for new changes and development to be made to the site and the necessary payments for those will be provided separately on completion of each development.
