I need some Graphic Design

Who am I? I am a programmer and know php, html, css, java, android programming, ror javascript etc. I have an MBA degree as well from UBS. Who am I looking for? I am looking for a good graphics designer ability to think outside the box and having an eye for art. The concept formation of the person should be awesome. Why am I looking for one? I am looking for some hobbyist or any professional who wants to work on some innovative cool side projects with me. Mostly weekends could be used to think of some new innovative and awesome idea and working on it. What is the way forward? We will meet up on weekends or maybe skype and together design some cool applications (web or android). Then after the MVP is ready we could hire some marketing expert to market our products and get moving. What will I give? If everything goes well I would prefer to give stake in the company which is created. Other wise after the revenue starts in the company, I would be open to paying a monthly salary too. However, before it starts making money, I would be unable to pay anything. No Money! Why should I do it? Its total satisfaction and independence of working on what we are passionate about. That is why I would prefer hobbyist who don't want it full time yet. However, I am willing to work with someone who has the same passion as me to move forward in making his/her dream a reality. The people who will work along with me pretty well:- I prefer people in or around Chandigarh as it will be easy to meet and co-ordinate. If you are from outside the tricity, I am open to working too, trust can be of prime importance so I am willing to hear about how everything will work.
