Fix Wordpress Website's Social and Facebook plugins

This is a very small project , may be 1-2 hr just. I have a ready website wordpress and Facebook page for it with 11K Likes. You have to do the whole task connecting to my teamviwer. And also make sure u don't hurt the existing site. You have to be experienced doing these type of work. Your task will be, 1. Install a proper and good social share plugin , which is really good looking and really engaging. (I am not liking the current one, its adding third party adverts to my site) 2. Install Facebook comments sytem for each singular post. 3. See everything working perfectly, specially the fb comment system and home page footer fbml like box.
