eNews - Edit an existing template to showcase new products each month - onging work

We are looking for a long term relationship willing to work with us into the future. Not just a once off job. This project is in two parts. First part is screen/HTML work and the second corresponding is Photoshop work, enabling both print media and on screen media that are similar. 1] We send out a monthly MailChimp email newsletter (eNews) that showcases between 12 and 20 taken from our data base of electronic components. The HTML template is designed and has been in use since last year. I have attached a sample of the template. Your job will be to drop in varying products, to highlight new items each month. thus editing the template's 12-20 panels. Within each month you will be guided by what the focused products are by way of links to urls and spreadsheet listing. Your skills, with my help, will be laying out the items in a structured format along with choosing sharp appropriate images, if there are better one out there on google images than our own in house images. Once the images have been chosen, they should be copied across to a well trusted site such as googledrive ; thus avoiding many email programs and filters to allow our month eNews to be delivered to our customers. 2] The second part to include in your bid to produce a Photoshop version of the mailchimp template. The obvious deference here is that the images must be of a higher resolution at least 220dpi not 72dpi. And the design elements such as Facebook and other social media links as well as bottom page footers are not needed. A sample file of the print media of the eNews is also attached. The project will be ongoing and priced per monthly/template. You will be given a spreadsheet of topics/items showing future months, thus enabling you to prepare weeks if not month ahead, making it easy for you to complete future projects all within one work period.
