Design a Website Mockup

Hi all. Looking for designer who can offer me creative) I Have an idea for a simple project. The website will be posted 25 photos of the city. Visitors will be liking the photo. And get prizes and gifts. I need an interesting design of this site. Now there is a trial version of the site [login to view URL] I don't really like that to view all 25 photos you need to spend a lot of time. I am also attaching a screenshot of the page where you can select photos for viewing. So, what I need: 1) It can be one page with modal windows for photos or a few pages. A visitor going to the site should see previews for all 25 photos (don't need to do the page in one screen - can be done scrolling). It can enlarge the photo to see and do like. 2) Each photo must be the sequence number, name the author and title of photos and the like. 3) Also on the website Will be the navigation menu - contacts (email and feedback form) about the project (text) and regulations(text). This sections can be in own page or modal window. Need design for this pages too. I love minimalism and creative. Thanks!
