Design and build a custom theme with custom (U I/ UX is a Must) This must be a complete full theme. we have 2 dashboards one for user and one for admin and on UI we have 1- Index 2- User Themes 3- Post Page 4- Video Page 5- People Page 6- Contact Page 7- Login & Register You must be a designer and a developer you must understand what makes a design attractive must be able to work with php design and implement the theme on our exisitng project jquery anything related to what makes a website interactive with user interaction . i e you know paralax effects etc I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Design, Graphic Design, HTML, PHP and Website Design. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $300-400 CAD.
