I have a photo booth rental company in the Netherlands and I need to build a nice sophisticated form for my orders. I started working on a form with the plug in smart forms but the several extra features I need to add are demanding a bit of hard coding. I have a reference of a form which is almost exactly like the one i want: [login to view URL] and this is my initial form with needs for a couple more details but most of it is a copy paste job [login to view URL] I want the form to have a nice calender like in the example, a side bar that shows the package price like they have, and having an enlarged picture of each element when you touch it with the cursor. The level of work need to be as professional as in the example in the first link. im expecting a good price since I already have a form you can work on top of with almost all of my components thanks in advance ;)
