Convince 100 hosts to register for my website

Hi there, I just build this website: [login to view URL] which is a "Sustainable Art School". Based on volunteering and running workshops in communities, farms, hostels or anywhere where you can exchange place to sleep and food for few hours of work a day. I'm looking for somebody with good communication skills who can generate 100 registered hosts. You might have to create a profile on those websites which will be appealing to the hosts. I'm willing to pay £100 for every 100 hosts that will register.
