Build A WordPress Theme

I need a WordPress theme designed by someone who knows WP. For example, I don't want things like hardcoded menus in the PHP which should link into the WP menu system. I don't need the contents of the pages designed, just the theme (with the exception of the front page). The logo is provided. I want the theme to have 3 menus; a top menu, a main menu (possibly just below the top menu?) and a footer menu. The menu will likely have the following items, though this is just an example of the content in case you have any special ideas that requires something nice on any of these pages (I have no expectations of this!). Header menu About News (Link to blogroll) Contact Main Menu Homepage - States what Prover is in a few words Features - Overview of features (sell page) Title Preview Aerial Photos Pricing Free Trial Footer Menu Terms & Conditions Aerial Photography Example Contact The front page does need a little bit of design uniqueness (although it should generally fit the branding / theme of the other pages). The front page may potentially have a different page template, or maybe you just know some cool WP plugins that can be used to make it look nice? I don't want a hardcoded content that should display the WP front page content. The front page will be a WP page, not the WP blogroll of posts. The reason the front page needs to look different, is because I want to make the page more salesy than the other pages. I want the front page to have a carousell or something like that at bottom of the page showing industries using our product. These should be images (seperate piece of work to design these?), when you click on the image it takes you to a WP page or post. An example of industries using our product would be: Lawyers Surveyors Valuers City Planners Councils or maybe since there are only 5 industries at the moment, these could just be static images? I don't know, perhaps you can think of something that makes it look good? I also have a video to go on the front page (an html5 video link is probably fine - I'm hosting the video from my own server. Maybe you could detect older browsers that can't view videos and just give them a link - is that getting a bit complicated? Open to discuss). I have about a handfull of bulletpoints or a paragraph of text to go on the front page as the selling points. I don't want this built into the theme, because I will want to change the text in future, so can that be picked up from the WP page system, as the page I define in the WP settings as being the front page? The blogroll will be the news section. The design should fit the colour scheme of the logo provided. Finally, it is very important that the whole theme can be converted to static pages using the "Simply Static" plugin by Code of Conduct LLC ([login to view URL]).
