I need a website made that will fulfill my purpose. I am setting up cameras in school classrooms that will provide the content in the format of videos. I want a setup where people can go to the website, and have access to all the videos, and/or log in and then have a summation of all their educational background up until this point. As far as the layout of the website I want front page to be similar to that of Khan Academy's only formatted to U.S. educational standards with each standard being a topic. Once a topic is chosen, I would like for it to open up to page similar to a Reddit board, open sourced rating with available filters, that the provided videos can be found. After this, I would like for there to be an assessment page that tests the comprehension of the student, with the content also being provided and rated by teachers. I would like the data from these assessments to be stored for analysis. Lastly, I would like there to be a advertisement framework set up, which the best implementation can be addressed later. I have the money, and connection. Who has the grit and tech know how to make this happen with me?
