Build a Website

I want to develop a simple classifieds website. It needs great functionality and a professional appearance. The website must be responsive to all devices and operating systems. I want to create a website where you create a user profile and either offer an item for sale or specify what you are looking for. In order to offer an item for sale (or to post on the website) you need to register, either with one of your social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) or by supplying your details. When you offer an item, there need to be a couple of field you have to populate before you can post. Fields such as Contact method, Product Description, Location, Price etc... roughly 10 fields. After the post, the item needs to be shown on a "wall/blog". This wall will have to have some filters in order to selectively brows the wall. Filters like Location, Price, Date, etc... The idea is to put a willing seller and a willing buyer into contact. More details will follow as soon as a offer has been accepted.
