Provide suggestions to improve our company's website

REQUIRED: A detailed 5 - 10 page report on the effectiveness of our current website, with positive suggestions and methods of implementing improvements. ###### Website withheld for privacy. Will be provided via PM upon request. ####### I am looking for an experienced web designer/graphic designer/marketing guru to spend a few minutes of their time to review my company's website. We are an Australian manufacturing company looking to increase our market share (expand domestically and internationally) and educate customers with a broader understanding of our products and services. We manufacture aftermarket accessories for the automotive industry (specifically the 4WD market and tradesmen) and have been in business for over 30 years. There are NO QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS for this role, however an interest in e-commerce, CMS and product marketing would be advantageous. We are looking to provide an improved customer experience and ease-of-use for our existing website. I am specifically seeking: - Your honest and professional opinion on how good/bad our site is. - Comments and suggestions regarding your experience on our site? Was aspects were well communicated and what needs improvement? For example; could you find the products you were looking for? was the pricing clear? what questions could you not find answers for? what are we missing? - Technical suggestions that can be integrated into our website. For example; what we're lacking -> what should be added to our page -> where I can find someone who offers this service -> how much it will cost me to implement. - A detailed report (5-10 pages including screen shots and examples) on our site with mock-ups of suggested improvements and how we can implement them.
