Website with shopping cart and subscription service

Hello everyone my name is Alessandro and I am a meta trader 4 expert advisor programmer. An expert advisor is just a "plugin" for the most used forex trading platform: meta trader 4. Because my expert advisor is really profitable, I want to start selling it to the public. To sell it to the public I need two things: a website, to manage the sells; a plugin that will communicate with my expert advisor to check if the user has purchased (has a valid license). Let's start talking about the website: As I mentioned before, the main purpose of the website is to sell the product to my customer; I want to offer 3 different licenses: let's call them Bronze, Gold and silver. I need to offer my customers the option to choose one time payment or recurring payment. So if a customer want a bronze license, he will be able to pay a one time fee (for example 49.99) or a recurring fee (for example 9.99/mo). So you need to implement a shopping cart to handle the one time payments with a subscription plugin to manage recurring licenses and the newsletter service. In addition to the software license, I want to create a paid newsletter service (49.99 recurring payment every month). So I need a newsletter system that will allow me to send a mail to payers subscribers. To sum it up, in my website user will be able to purchase a license and subscribe to a paid newsletter. That's the hardest part of the website. Let's talk about the website specs: I attached a document that explain in details the various pages of the website and some mockup files to describe how i would like the site template to be. because I am not expert with graphic, feel free to add your ideas to the project. Additionally, I would like you to follow these requirements: Use of a cms joomla wordpress so I can easily manage users ecc Use of plugins to achieve subscriptions/selling of products Write clean code semantic/seo friendly You can use or modify any existing template. Responsive design Aside the website, I need a simple plugin that will answer a GET request from my expert advisor and will echo something if the account number has a license. The get request will get two variables: the version and the account number. It will echo for instance 0 if a new version is out; 1 if the account is registered with a bronze license; 2 if it's a gold license ecc... That's all!
