Hi, I have been developing websites with Joomla since 2008. Lately I have performed a number of migrations from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 3.2. involving a number of extensions including Joomfish and Phoca Gallery. Some of these projects were completed through freelancer.com. I suggest you read my reviews. I wuld be interested in knowing the number of languages and number of articles in total. I understand that you can only provide a database dump and no direct access to the site admin or ftp. This makes the whole process a little more complicated, especially to verify how what's in the database translate graphically and vice versa. However I can definitely deliver the migrated content. What I would do is create a blank Joomla 3.2 and configure the languages that you require using Joomla 3.2 native functionality. I would then migrate the "master" language content and eventually migrate the other languages and create all the associations between articles in all the languages.
